BRAD UPTON… Dry Bar Comedy 70+ Million Dollar Man!

BRAD UPTON… Dry Bar Comedy 70+ Million Dollar Man!
Comedian Brad Upton with Special Guest Stewie Stone!

If the Pacific Northwest had a Mt. Rushmore of Comedy, this man’s head would be on it. His Dry Bar Videos became a HIT within three weeks with over 70+ MILLION VIEWS and counting! You've might've seen or heard Brad on A&E, MTV, Showtime, HBO Comedy Festival, XM radio, Sirius Satellite Radio, National Public Radio's "REWIND" program, and past winner of the Las Vegas Comedy Festival. His CD shot to number 1 on iTunes!

Brad Upton first tried doing stand-up comedy in 1984 and he’s never looked back. From observing his everyday life as a husband and father, events in the news and his former occupation as a fourth grade teacher, Brad puts a hilarious spin and look on our world around us. This ease and likability on stage led the Seattle Times to say, “…he has mastered the nearly impossible task of appealing to people from the ages of 18-80.”

Brad rose rapidly through the stand-up comedy ranks and has headlined nearly every comedy club from Anchorage to Miami. He has been seen in concert with Johnny Mathis, Kenny Rogers, The Smothers Brothers, Lewis Black, Joan Rivers, Dolly Parton, Rita Rudner and Tim Allen. He is currently touring theaters and performing arts centers with The Masters of Stand Up, a group that includes comedy stars: Jimmy Brogan, Cathy Ladman and Maryellen Hooper.

An accomplished writer, he has sold stories to clients such as Sports Illustrated. He has acted professionally and was seen recently in the movie, “Prefontaine”. From 1996-2000, he was heard around the country as a regular guest on National Public Radio’s “Rewind” program. He is a regular performer in Reno and Las Vegas as well as headlining for Royal Caribbean, Holland-America and Norwegian Cruise Lines. He also caught the eye of the legendary Smothers Brothers and is occasionally called by them to serve as their opening act around the country. Brad is also currently writing for ESPN3.com. His likeability, ease on stage, experience and hilarious observations and writing skills make him a hit with a wide variety of ages and audiences.

Catch this rare gem for only TWO nights at Boca Black Box this September!

Special Guest STEWIE STONE:

Stewie Stone is living proof you can’t take the kid out of Brooklyn. Even his name “Stewie” comes direct from Flatbush. His fame and fortune turning point came when Stewie opened for Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons in a Fort Lauderdale nightclub. He then spent four years touring with the group and managed to play virtually every major nightclub in the States. He hit the jackpot when he arrived in Las Vegas. He’s opened for Paul Anka, Dionne Warwick, Ben Vereen, Bobby Vinton, Cher, Engelbert Humperdinck, just to name a few. He earned himself the reputation of being one of the best co-bills in the business. After over thirty years of friendship, Stewie still goes on tour with Frankie Valli. For the past 10 years, he has been the Vice-President of the famous Friars Club in NYC, and is their main MC and Roast Master.
